Templates (oral and poster presentations)

All oral and poster communications should be created in the English Language

Oral communications: the presentation should be prepared using Microsoft PowerPoint format (PPT, PPTX) or, if another software is used, the final product must be a Portable Document Format (PDF) file. Presentations file should use the 16:9 format.

Observations: the oral presentation will not be uploaded into the 21WCSS website. Please bring your presentation in a USB flash drive device (thumb drive, pen drive, flash stick, memory stick) or in external HD. The oral presentation will be performed in 10 minutes followed by 5 minutes of discussion with the audience.

Poster communications: the presentations are set for e-poster (electronic poster), i.e., displayed on-site on a large LCD television screen. There will be no provision for paper posters. E-posters will be displayed in PDF format only. To prepare your e-poster, please use the PowerPoint (PPT, PPTX) or OpenDocument Format (ODF), and then save the document as a PDF file. The poster must be prepared in the portrait layout (vertical orientation) with dimensions of 70 cm wide and 120 cm high. E-posters (with only one page) must have to upload in your Participant Area (please select “Send e-poster”) until 3rd August.
